You may hire a virtual office assistant on a part time basis, one-time projects or on a retainer agreement.

 

Here is an example of how can I provide services virtually? By forwarding your phone to my home office, I can answer your calls. you can fax and/or email your documents with instructions to my home office or I can set-up a system that will work for you. From there I will commence the tasks from my home office and fax and/or e-mail the documents to you, once it is completed. If you need filing, I can scan your documents; organize files by creating folders and save files into a disc. Once completed mail you the disc with the updated files.

You can use my home office as a base of operations for personal reasons or as a back up during your absence. Even if you have an employee, who calls out you can utilize me as a back up. The home office is fully equipped with up-to-date technology, such as Microsoft Works, Word, Access, Excel and more.
